PERSONALISATION

Our "Personalised Items | Terms + Conditions" policy applies to any order that includes a personalised item. 

1. Any order that includes a personalisation is final We do not allow any changes or exchanges on personalised items.

2. If you remove the "Add Personalisation" £10 listing to your cart, your order will not come personalised. 

3. We cannot split orders for "personalised items" and "plain items". If you order items in the same order with your personalised items, these will all be shipped together. If you would like your plain items earlier, please place two seperate orders.

Please double check all spelling, as we cannot accept changes once your order is placed.  Please ensure you are confident with your font and colour selection as these are final. If you have any questions or hesitations with your selection, please feel free to reach out to us via email before placing your order, as we can help you with your selection and what fonts/colours will work best!

Our "Personalised Items | Terms + Conditions" policy override our normal returns policy and we do not allow any change of mind returns, including but not limited to sizing and colours, when purchasing one of our personalised items. 

PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All Pre-Orders are final + non-refundable

2. We cannot split any pre-orders. If you purchase any "in stock" items alongside "pre-order" items, your order will be shipped once all stock has arrived. 

If you don't want to wait for the pre-order stock to arrive, please place two seperate orders.

3. Pre-Order turn around time will be advised when placing your order.

4. We reserve the right to cancel any pre-orders if we are unable to meet our MOQ for ordering. Orders will be refunded in full for any cancellations.
